About the Chef

Chef Aaron Elliott originally hails from Pittsburgh, PA, where he spent his childhood learning his way around the kitchen at a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. Today, he is one of LA’s most well known and respected private plant-based chefs. After beginning his career curating dishes for professional athletes following a vegan diet, Chef Aaron found himself training in some of the culinary world’s most renowned kitchens, including ‘Noma’ - the 5-time recipient of Restaurant Magazine’s highly coveted ‘Best Restaurant in The World’ award.

Today Chef Aaron spends his time cooking plant based meals for a roster of A-list celebrities and Hollywood execs, which includes Travis Barker, Nate Diaz, and Ari Emanuel. That is, when he’s not curating menus and packing meals for ‘Meal Ticket’, which he founded in 2024.

Chef Aaron developed ‘Meal Ticket’ as a means to expand the reach of his culinary passion, and introduce his innovative plant based cooking to a new audience of eager customers.
